For the most comprehensive service and the best value, we recommend choosing one of our complete tune-up packages. We also offer a la carte bike repairs if you're in need of a minor fix or adjustment. We strive to give our customers the best service possible, so all bike are assessed with you before going in the stand. This mean you will always know what is happening to your noble steed and why.

Level 1
$90
This is a great service for any bike to diagnose any strange noises or just get it running as smooth as possible. Service is recommended every 50 hours or when your bike is telling you it’s time. Your bike will be cleaned, adjusted, safety checked and test ridden by our technicians. Customise this tune up with discounted service “add ons” to give your bike just what it needs.
- Bike wash.
- Derailleur adjustments including hanger alignment.
- Brake adjustments.
- Bearing adjustments of headset, bottom bracket and wheel hubs if applicable.
- Wheels tensioned / trued.
- Complete bolt check.
- Lubrication.
- Tire inflation.
- Thoroughly test ridden to ensure all systems function as best as possible.

Level 2
$160
This is the ideal service package for a bike with around 80 hours of riding and just needs a little extra love. Level 2 includes a comprehensive bike wash with the wheels removed from the bike. The drivetrain is also removed and thoroughly cleaned with an environmentally friendly degreaser. Cable housings and brake pad installation are included with this tune up.
- Comprehensive bike wash with wheels removed.
- Removal and cleaning or replacement of the drivetrain.
- Removal and cleaning of crank assembly. New bottom bracket install included if needed,
- Derailleur adjustments and installation of new cable and housing. (parts not included).
- Brake adjustments and installation of new brake pads. (parts not included).
- Bearing adjustments of headset, bottom bracket and wheel hubs if applicable.
- Wheels tensioned / trued
- Complete bolt check.
- Lubrication.
- Tire inflated and sealant top up. (sealant additional cost).
- Thoroughly test ridden to ensure all systems function as best as possible.

Level 3

A complete spa day for your bike, make it feel just like new again! This is a complete rebuild of your bike to restore a superb ride quality. Recommended annually or every 125+ hours of riding. This tune up leaves no areas of the bike untouched.
-Complete disassembly and cleaning of bicycle and components.
-Complete drivetrain clean or replacement.
-Rear suspension linkage disassembly and cleaning.
-Fork removed from bike, headset cleaned and serviced.
-Suspension fork maintenance.
-Rear shock maintenance.
-Brake system fluid flush.
-Wheel bearing / hub inspection and cleaning. (may require additional labour)
-New shift cable and housing including installation.
-Bike reassembled, suspension set to ride weight and test ride.
ADD $100 FOR COMPLETE LINKAGE BEARING REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
